Mike Kidd brings more than 22 years of specialized expertise in developing and executing branding and marketing strategies for accelerating revenue growth as well as repositioning companies and products to maximize value for employees, customers, and shareholders. He has broad international business experience including projects in Argentina, Belgium, Canada, China, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Previously Mike was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at TRADOS, the Sequoia Capital-backed Global Information Management software provider (based in Sunnyvale, Calif. and acquired in cash transaction by SDL plc, London Stock Exchange: SDL). Mike served as a key senior management team member who helped reposition and evolve the company from a desktop license shop to an enterprise software player with Fortune 500 customers.
In addition to his software experience, Mike is deeply rooted in telecom, having served as Director of Regional Marketing at AT&T Mobility, (formerly Cingular Wireless and BellSouth Wireless) with revenue growth responsibility for one of the company’s largest multi-market wireless operations ($600M+).
Mike is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He was born in London, United Kingdom, grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, and now lives in Coronado, California. His interests include mountain biking, CrossFit, and coaching lacrosse.
